Does anyone recognize this freshdesk help center theme

I like this theme and am wondering if anyone recognizes it.  I can’t seem to find out what it is called.

Hi @gregmatic, not sure if you already found the answer. But just in case, that’s the ‘Mint Freshdesk’ theme.

If you don’t see it under your available themes, you might need to contact Freshdesk directly to know where this can be downloaded from, as I’ve been unable to find a downloadable version.

Greetings @gregmatic. Thanks for reaching Freshworks community. The shared screenshot depicts the previous Mint theme utilized in Freshdesk prior to the introduction of the Marina theme. For those with older accounts, the Mint theme will be accessible by default.  This option can be found under admin > portals > customize, as shown  in the below screenshot.

 

 

Please check your DM to create a support ticket with us. If you would like to import the old mint theme, we can discuss the use-case and explore the possibility of importing it after consulting with our product team.
