Just signed up today, but have been using Freshworks since Jan 2022. I wanted to know where is the best place to start here to get familiarized with that all is offered in this space? Ultimately, I am looking for info/resources to learn additional skills and increase what I Can get out of FreshWorks. I am probably only utilizing a fraction of its capabilities. I would love to know more of what it can do and learn how to use that knowledge to improve workflow and more accurate and timely data.
