This is to inform you that in Freshdesk Analytic Reports there is no drill down option available from where we can check the selected data. Please share the updates on this and do let us know when this issue will be resolved.

I understand your concern regarding the Drilldown option. Drilldown only works when you have only one “Group by” Option. If you have more than one “Group by” options, You will not be able to drill down.
If you’re not able to drill down even with just one Group by option, please raise a support ticket to support@freshdesk.com.
