It would be great to cover the new Custom Metrics feature. I’m still trying to allocate time to explore this more.

We are using the omnichannel enterprise plan.


I want to ask Freshworks Experts for two important questions about Freshchat analytics:

  1. We would like to know how to count chats filtered by customer country and other "Custom contact properties" values (Freshdesk's well known module)? It is interesting to know what the experts have in this regard?
    • We see that all freshdesk customer information displayed in "Custom contact properties" while chatting, but  cannot understand how to get it through the Freshchat analytics.
    • We tried to use the marketplace app "Historical Reports" for requirement data, but it is really unsuitable because export occurs in parts and data lists do not contain customer email that is linked to external chat id.
  2. Basicly how to get Freshchat analytics by Product (we are using two products) - Labels  - Countris and other "Custom contact properties" values in reports or how to get fast and comfortable exporting such data?
