I am trying to retrieve historical data in Power BI using Freshdesk API. But I can only retrieve data of 300 pages which is equal to 30000 tickets. 

i tried the updated since filter with pagination also. But didn't get data more than 2 weeks. 

Is there any way i can retrieve the Historical data(1-2 year). 

 

​@Jadu Which API are you using to get the data? Are you referring to the API end point exposed in the Data Exports page? Or some other page?

Hi ​@Amrit Mishra,  yes, I am talking about the API link with an endpoint like this- https://domain.freshdesk.com/api/v2/tickets

but i can only get 30000k rows which is about 2 weeks of data and i am looking for 4-6 months of historical data. How can i get that amount of data in one go? i have tried the updated since and other filter to but didn't get data more then 30000k rows.

Thanks ​@Jadu. This doesn’t seem like the Analytics feature of data exports. Could you please post this in the Freshdesk forum (not under Analytics)? This thread is currently on the Freshservice forum.
