When I click on the Marketplace icon and then Marketplace Apps, it just redirects to https://fullproxy.freshdesk.com/a/notfound and it doesn’t matter which browser I use for this, be it Brave, Chrome, Firefox or Edge. I even tried tethering to a mobile phone in case it was a local DNS and that made no difference

Any thoughts / ideas?

Hi Park,

Greetings from the Freshdesk community. Can you please make sure third-party cookies are enabled in the browser while accessing the Marketplace page?

If the issue persists, please write to support@freshdesk.com with a video grab and a HAR file of the steps you are performing so we can analyse this further from our end.

Here is an article to help you with the steps to fetch the HAR
https://support.freshworks.com/en/support/solutions/articles/50000003389

Hope this helps. Have a wonderful day!

Regards,
Akhash M

It seems like it might be a broader issue.

  1. Sometimes cached data can cause redirection issues. Clear your browser cache and try accessing the Marketplace again.
  2. Extensions can sometimes interfere with website functionality. Try disabling all extensions and then accessing the Marketplace.
  3. Ensure that your browsers are up to date. Sometimes, updating your browser can resolve such issues.
  4. Open an incognito or private browsing window and try accessing the Marketplace from there.

Have you checked if it's an account permission issue or a Freshdesk outage? Also, totally random, but ever heard of Snapchat Planets? It's a cool way Snapchat ranks your best friends!

It looks like the Marketplace link is broken, since it redirects to a 404 error across all browsers and networks. This is likely an issue on Freshdesk’s end, not yours.

If you're trying to integrate with r2parking, try accessing the app directly via search or contact Freshdesk support for help.

I’m having the same issues redirects to a “/a/notfound” and says “Not all those who wander are lost :)”
