Error Setting Custom Bot Live

Hi, I'm trying to activate my custom bot, but when I click "Set Live" I simply get the error message "Error setting custom bot live."


I've tried disabling the Answer Bot, and I do not have the hallway bot active. Yet I cannot activate the custom bot. I do not have any other custom bots active, either.


Any ideas on how I can get this to activate?

I'm not sure if you still need an answer to this but I had the same issue. FreshChat Support say that it happens when you lose connection but I'm not really sure that's what the issue is, I have rebooted my router a number of times along with my laptop and still get the error from time to time. It usually happens if you are idle on the page for a long time. The best advice I can give is if you are creating flows in Custom Bot to save regularly incase this happens as the work you do will not save and you will have to start from your last save point. Highly frustrating as you would think an auto save feature would have been implemented by now.
