Is there a way to edit the timezone all the contacts under one company?

We regret for having missed out on this earlier.

 

In Freshdesk,Timezones are not associated with the companies and it could be explicitly associated only with the contacts. If the contacts from the same company have different timezones, it would be different only for the requesters on the customer portal. From the agent’s side, the ticket creation and activities time would be the same as that of Helpdesk/Agent timezone for all contacts.


That said, If you would want to bulk update timezone of all contacts in a company, you can export the contacts which will provide you a CSV file and in the CSV file, you can modify the respective fields for the contacts and then import the same CSV file with the correct mappings.
