Customer Satisfaction Report as PDF

Is there any way to export the customer satisfaction survey report a PDF like the other canned reports?

Unfortunately, it is not possible right now to export this data into a PDF. 


But, you can always get the survey results on your ticket export CSV from the Tickets list page.

The export feature in Tickets still only exports the tickets that are shown on that screen.  Is there no way to select all of an agent's tickets at once?

When you filter the tickets on the Tickets list page and click on the "Export" button, you will be prompted with a "Export Tickets" popup where you can choose the fields that you would like to have on the export. 


Over here, you will find the "Filter Tickets by" option where you need to select the date range for the tickets to be exported.

You would now be able to export the customer satisfaction report data in .csv format. The option is included in the report page .

I am following up on this but to see if there is a way to automate the export option?

 

Or in ‘Analytics’, is there custom report that we can create to show customer survey responses? I know we can manually find them, but to have them included in an actual report would be better.

Hello @ReadG, good day! You’d be able to view the survey repsonses in the Responses tab in Satisfaction survey report in Reports section:

You can also check our customer satisfaction report in the analytics which is schedulable (availbale for garden and above plans). Currently, this report includes the survey responses categorized by agents and groups. You can fine more details on the same here

We are currently working on bringing the survey comments to the Analytics section as well post which you’d be able schedule the responses along with comments.It’s been raised as a feature request.
