Daily digest or volume alerts

Is there a feature that allows to receive daily report of unresolved/resolved tickets? 


In addition, it would be nice if the system allowed configuring volume thresholds like "if more than 50 tickets unresolved alert so and so".

Our apologies for having missed replying to this earlier!

If you’re in the Garden plan or above, Freshdesk provides you an option to create a custom report which can be scheduled.

You can add the appropriate metrics and filters here as well.

Although you will be able to schedule these reports on a timely basis, I am afraid we do not have an option as of now to add conditions or filters here.

Even so, we shall definitely go ahead and add your thoughts to our feature request queue and keep you posted once it’s done!
