Is email-reporting only on weekly basis or it can be changed to hourly/monthly ? Please throw some light on it.

The Analytics/Reports functionality in Freshdesk supports reporting on daily/weekly or monthly basis. Article to get detailed insights on the scheduling reports. If this is not what you are referring to, it would be great if you can elaborate more on email reporting to help you accordingly.

Hi i mean in freshping, do we have the option for setting reporting as hourly/weekly/Monthly ? because i only see it as Weekly and not Hourly/Montly reporting/
