Multiple Ticket Boards

I would like to have multiple help desk boards, example general help desk board where all issues come in but would also like to have another board for escalations, another board for alerts etc.


is this possible?

Did you mean that you’d like to have multiple dashboards for your Freshdesk account? If so, that is very much possible using the customisable dashboard feature available for plans Estate and higher.
