Replying on ebay customer mails

Hi there,

Currently we receive emails from Ebay in Freshdesk. At the moment one person always has to login to Ebay and reply on the mails. However, we would like to reply directly from Freshdesk. Usually you can just reply on the mail and the message will be added inside the conversation with this customer on Ebay. But somehow when we reply from within Freshdesk the message just does not show up in Ebay. Can someone give me a hint what we are doing wrong?

We recently rolled out a fix for the eBay integration. 


Could you please tell me if you're still facing the issue with the integration?

Thanks for getting back on this! We checked it with our ticket 15251 and unfortunately it did not work.

We tried to reply on the ebay ticket from within Freshdesk by replying on the mail and it did not work...


Can you please check this?
