What does the blue dot indicate in the ticket overview

We just started using freshdesk and it is a refreshing experience :-)


But what does the blue dot next to the ticket subject mean, which is displayed in the ticket overview?

And why are some tickets subjects displayed in bold and others are not?

Hi

Whenever there is a new Ticket or a Reply from a Customer/User on a Ticket, we will indicate that Ticket Subject in BOLD along with a Blue Indicator, so that Agent can act on this immediately

How do I get the dot/bold to go away? I view the ticket and return to the ticket list, but the dot is still there.
Hi Matt

Whenever you reply to the ticket, BOLD and the BLUE indicator will go away.

Also, we are working on another model, where customer reply will show as Customer Responded and so on.
