My company is using Freshsales, and it works pretty well. Then, Freshworks CRM was launched which made us considering to switch to the new platform. Reading the descriptions, we don’t see much differences. There are also functions that limit in Freshworks CRM (such as round-robin, custom territories...) with the same pricing.
If any of you have experienced both platforms, could you please share with us the advantages and disadvantages between them?

The major difference between the two products here is in the case of the Freshsales (stand-alone) version, all the integrations have to be separately done from the marketplace apps, however, in the case of Freshworks CRM the integrations and their settings are all in-built.
All the features that are there in Freshsales are also present in Freshworks CRM except for the leads module which is not present in Freshworks CRM. Instead of allocating a separate module, we have introduced the lead stage category within the Contacts module itself.
