My company is using Freshsales, and it works pretty well. Then, Freshworks CRM was launched which made us considering to switch to the new platform. Reading the descriptions, we don’t see much differences. There are also functions that limit in Freshworks CRM (such as round-robin, custom territories...) with the same pricing.
If any of you have experienced both platforms, could you please share with us the advantages and disadvantages between them?
