Heya, lovely community!

I joined you guys a few days ago so I thought I might as well stop by and say hi to everybody. So, yea, hi, how’s everyone doing? :blush:

I’ve only been been reading the conversations for a lil’ while but I can already say that I am super impressed by how helpful and supportive everyone in here is. You folks have created a very welcoming digital space, a job truly well done! :slight_smile:

Anyway, to say a few words about myself… My name is Michaela and I work as a Solutions Specialist for Integromat. If you don’t know it, Integromat is a no-code automation/integration tool that lets you connect all your favourite apps and services and streamline all kinds of processes. Anyway, a big part of my job is to hang around various SaaS user communities and see what’s up. Yea, I know, I am one luky gal. 

I like many things (including my job, hehe). To name just a few, I’d like to randomly pick:

  • sipping hot beverages
  • petting fluffy animals 
  • going for longs walks
  • listening to music 
  • burying my face into a book
  • encountering puns and pretending to hate them

And so on and so on. I wouldn’t want to overwhelm you right away. 

 

I am very happy to be here and I am very much looking forward to talking to as many of you as possible all around the community :blush:

  • No-code UI - This was a huge step forward in reducing the turnaround time on portal customization.

All of this came between September to December 2022.  Thank you to the team for getting these features in.  All of these create a huge opportunity to bring new customers into the platform.

Hello everyone! As an administrator and implementer of Freshservice for the past 7 years, I'm excited to join this community and become more actively involved this year. My goal is to promote new ideas and features that our customers want to see implemented.

I must say, Freshservice has made significant progress by introducing features that have been long-awaited. Ticket Sharing, for instance, is a feature I've been requesting for the past 7 years, and I'm thrilled to see it finally added. It enables teams to collaborate on tickets and requests seamlessly. Additionally, the ability to add custom emails to workflows has been extremely helpful for us in automating notifications for offboarding users about laptop returns. Finally, the No-code UI was a significant step forward in reducing the turnaround time on portal customization. All of these features were added between September and December 2022, and I want to extend my gratitude to the Freshservice team for delivering on these highly-requested features. I believe they create a tremendous opportunity to bring new customers to the platform.
