Freshteam emails marked as Spam/Junk

Multiple issues

  1. Emails from our freshteam account is marked as spam/junk
  2. Adding SPF record for freshteam, adds too many DNS queries to our SPF record

Any advise?

 Hope you are doing well and keeping safe and thank you for posting your query here. In order to avoid emails to candidates going into SPAM we can setup a DKIM for the same, Rupesh. 


I see that you are in touch with our consultant over a support ticket. I shall ensure to expedite this process and share the CNAME records to be added for the email, soon.
