Hello All, 

 

is there anyway to list all the tickets in tabular form and with an option to show ETA and custom field data.

Click on Admin > Helpdesk Rebranding > Customize Portal. Click on the Layout & Pages tab. Under Portal Layout, customize the header, footer, and overall layouts. Under Page Layout, customize the design of the specific page.
