Google stopped indexing my pages of the customer portal because of alternate with canonical tag.

I have been working on a customer portal last year and everything was working fine after publishing it (the SEO was great!) One month ago I stumbled upon the analytics and saw that they dramatically decreased. The organic traffic was very small because Google was slowly taking down our solution articles (400+) and only 8 of them were still indexed.Most of the pages are in status discovered/crawled but not indexed. I checked in various threads and forums and it looks like it is because the main landing page has a wrong canonical defined. https://assistenza.zanichelli.it/support/home has this canonical declared: (https://assistenza.zanichelli.it/support/solutions). I define the canonical dynamically on the header so I don't have a way to manually specify the canonical for the main landingpage. <link rel="canonical" href="{{ meta.canonical }}">All the other article pages have a proper canonical (dynamically generated) but it looks like since the indexing of the main page fails, Goog

I would like the agent name, and not the e-mail address displayed when sending messages in Freshconnect. Some of our e-mail addresses is quite similar and it makes it difficult to see who the message was for i.e. There should be a name instead of jhbservice Anyone know how this is done?

Department attribute is updated via Azure, but not the actual Department in Freshservice

Hello, I’ve seen several questions about this, but no “one stop shop” for making it work, as it seem to vary between enterprises. I’ll try to fit in as much information as possible to minimize the need for follow up questions. When Azure provisions the attributes into Freshservice, I get all the checkmarks in the Detailed Provision Log: The Department attribute I’ve changed between urn:ietf:params:scim:schemas:extension:freshservice:2.0:User:departmentandurn:ietf:params:scim:schemas:extension:enterprise:2.0:User:departmentThe attribute itself:The attribute list:I’ve swapped between the 2 department attributes, making one or the other Required. I added “urn:ietf:params:scim:schemas:extension:freshservice:2.0:User:department” yesterday and started the provision before I left the office. Still no luck this morning.This department for example: Have around 20 users. But only 1 have synced in. There is not a single indication on why the sole users have been synced, but the persons colleagues

Does anybody know how to setup dashboard widgets to show:-Responses due todayNew Requester Responses that have been added to tickets.The agent currently gets an email when a response has been added to a ticket, but I’d like to add a dashboard widget rather then rely on emails.I can see a column called state when we look at a ticket list, but I don’t seem to be able to filter on state.Thanks
