3CX integration Freshsales and Freshdesk

Hi All,

Does someone have experience with the 3CX Freshworks integration?

We are running both Freshsales and Freshdesk. Does this mean we should integrate to both fro the 3CX server? Or what would be the best practise?

Hi Robert, 

Greetings from the Freshworks Community! 

The CDC Software 3CX CTI will have to be integrated from Freshsales Suite and Freshdesk separately. We do not have a common integration for the two applications with 3CX. 

To integrate the application with Freshsales, navigate to admin settings > marketplace apps > CDC Software 3CX CTI > click to install. The steps to integrate the app will be provided in the installation page. 

To integrate the application with Freshdesk, navigate to admin settings > Apps > 

CDC Software 3CX CTI Integration with Freshdesk > Visit site to install.
