Hiring is not a one-man job. You have multiple stakeholders such as candidates, hiring manager, interviewers and so on. To associate them to a particular job opening:Go to the Job to which you want to add the hiring panel. Scroll down to the end of the page where you find the option to add your hiring panel. You can only add members who have been using Freshteam. To invite members to use Freshteam, click here.
To post jobs across multiple job boards, ensure that you have created a job in Freshteam and published it in your career site. Once it is published, in the pop-up that follows, enable the option to post jobs in free job boards. Select the job boards in which you’d like to post and you are done!
Interviews are an integral part of the recruitment process. With Freshteam taking care of your recruitment needs, it becomes effortless to schedule interviews. Here’s how it’s done:Head to Recruit > Candidates view and click on the candidate's name. If the candidate is in the Interview Stage, click Schedule Interview at the top of the candidate name. Else click on the "three dotted icons" to find the "Schedule" option.On doing so, we will redirect you to the Interview page where you can schedule the interview with the hiring panel, choose the interview stage, timing, duration and so on.Hit Schedule and Continue.On doing so, you will be redirected to the candidate notification email. Change the email content if necessary and schedule the interview. Freshteam will also schedule the interviews for the panel members and notify them about the same.
Have you enabled Offer management in your Freshteam account? If not, Head to Settings > Preferences > Recruit. Once that’s enabled, this how your offer drafting page would look:Name the approval stage to give clarity on who is approving it. Choose the approvers from the drop-down list. Choose if you want mandatory approval from everyone, or leave it as an option. Once you have added all the stages, click on Initiate Approval to begin the process.You can also remind the approver by sending reminders to approve the offer.
