In the dashboard, Freshteam does not provide employee counts - charts by the team, branch, work mode, and designation. Timeout on Powershell Orchestrator Run?

Is there a timeout for the Orchestrator to accept return values from the Powershell App?I’m trying to automate looking for unique UPNs across multiple AAD tenants (to simplify future migration) and collecting all the active users takes several seconds.  When I try running the exact same command using Invoke-Command I get a response back in 25-30 seconds typically but the Workflow Automator never gets anythingTesting using a simple sleep+date command shows that 15 seconds usually works, 20 seconds only returns on rare occasions and 25 seconds never works.Sleep -seconds 20Get-DateAm I missing something, or is this a limitation where it won’t collect the return value/status when the call takes longer. I’ve been able to validate that the actual process completes on the remote machine through start/stop-transcript, so it isn’t a failure to run, simply to return the information to Fresh.

Resolution Time in Bhrs in the Analytics Data Export shows big number

A data export is scheduled in the path Analytics > Settings > Data Export to export all Tickets through the API that is consumed by Power BI application. The field Resolution Time in Bhrs shows number like 58453000 which does not make any sense. Foe the same ticket the actual data isCreated Date - Dec 6, 2021 9:45 AMClosed Date - Dec 10, 2021 7:36 AM Time taken - 16hrs 14minsHowever in the report the Resolution Time in Bhrs is 58453000.This field shows similar big number for all tickets.

Pulling date from body of request, placing it in ticket name

Not strong with API, but I want to pull a date from the body and place it in the ticket name. In the body : Effective date:  <date here> I’d like to copy this text to the ticket name so that I can easily prioritize tickets based off effective date.  I hope this makes sense.

Report with a list of tickets based on status

Analytics is driving me crazy.  I need to produce a list of tickets based on the ticket status that can be sent to leadership.  This shouldn’t be this hard, is it even possible?  It seems like the only thing that can be produced in Reporting is graphs.

Facing Issues in code coverage

I’ve been facing issues while doing code coverage. There is an inconsistency in reflection of changes in the coverage folder. Even if the relevant code gets executed that change is not getting covered in the coverage folder.The issues i’ve faced so far:-1. The code coverage module considers statements as branches. So it's not possible to cover that by simulating relevant scenarios.2.  The code coverage module considers logs as branches. 3. When we simulate an event in local instance, The coverage is not not getting reflected even after the relevant code of that event is running properly.Is there a fix for this ?

Service Portal Bundle Item

Hi FreshService community,Just wondering if anyone has come up with ways to ensure that a bundle item is selected when information in the fields are entered?Too many times now we have requests come through from users who enter in the fields and submit the request without checking the box. It stands to reason that selecting the item and completing the form means the user is requesting that item.Any help will be appreciated. Cheers!

Department at a Glance for a specific Date Range

I have a director over maintenance who is trying to do a Report of Department at a Glance, but for a specific date range. I do not use this function, but he is telling me, that it he was able to set a specific date range previously, but he is unable to do so now. I have tried looking at it, for my department, but I have not been able to change any dates for those reports either.

Nested IF expression

Is it possible to write an expression with nested IF?I want to extract a case number from the subject, but the sender sends emails with three different subjects.My thought was to write a function that checks if the beginning of the subject is XXX, then it should extract in a way. If the subject starts with YYY instead, it must extract in a different way. Report - Agent name with group by option

Hi there,       I am new to freshservice and would like to create a report which would shows the current ticket status with category, status and agent name.  However, the first thing that I noticed is the “Group by” only allows 2 fields max and I couldn’t find agent name under Ticket matrix.  Please advise. Cowby

Setup 2 orchestration server. One goes down, switch to the other one

Hi,I know its possible to setup multiple orchestration server, but I want to know if its possible to switch to another if one goes down?We have 2 AD server with redundancy and both of them havve orchestration server installed.If server A goes down, use server B automatically.In our workflow I need to enter 1 specific orchestration server for every AD actions, powershell , etc.If server A goes down, all the workflow stop to be executed.Any way to fix this?Thank you

Workday Integration

Hey, everyone!I wanted to see what integrations with Workday people had, and how they’re leveraging them within Freshservice. Internally we’ve been told by the team that manages Workday it’s not possible but I’m unsure if that’s due to a lack of integrations or lack of knowledge around the product from the team. Thanks in advance!

I can’t seem to figure out how to trigger a workflow when the description of the service request is updated. The generic “is updated” trigger doesn’t seem to work. Any ideas?

Duplicate Problems?

We use problems pretty extensively for both outages and long running issues that we get tickets about and want better coordination of resolution. However, sometimes staff doesn’t find an existing problem which causes us to have two problems that are the same. Ideally we would have the ability to merge two problems and transfer all the associated tickets from one to the other, similar to merging tickets. How do you handle duplicate problems?

Integration with Power Platform with sso enabled

 Hi! I want to integrate with Microsoft Power Platform. However, when setting this up, the Power Platform requires the API username and API password. Our org has SSO enabled, and therefore we cant provide username/password for Freshservice. Any way around this?
