CSAT survey in whatsapp

When agent closes the conversation in Freshchat, CSAT survey will show up in Freschat messenger automatically when we setup in the CSAT settings.


Does this CSAT survey will also get triggered when user is from Whatsapp or Facebook..?

HI, i have the same question, how to active CSAT for whatsapp messages, it’s really necessary in my case, because all the custumer attention will be in whatsapp

His CSAT survey is available on Freshsales and Freshchat Stadalone

I want to know when it will be available on Omnichannel?

The Omnichannel account only has the search in livechat (widget and SDK).
