2 emails being received when a new ticket is assigned to group

Hi, I think this is a minor big which started around the time of the latest updates. We are getting 2 identical emails (as agents) to say "new ticket assigned to group"

Can you raise a ticket in support and provide us with the Ticket Subject and Ticket ID ? I will look into this and get back to you
