Add comment/solution to ticket before closing.

How do I add a comment/solution to a ticket and close it in one action so that the user only recieves 1 email notifying them the ticket has been closed and listing the solution?

Hi Len,

 

We will this feature soon to reply and close the ticket in a single action. For the time being, you can disable the "Close Notification" and use the execute scenario option to Send a reply mail and close the ticket in a single click.
But rest assured we are planning to bring this option soon
