Add Customer Fields

Hey All,


Thank you for the amazing Ticketing System.

I have one concern.

When I open a new ticket with a new customer, I press add customer, and four field came up. 1) Name 2) Number 3) Email 4) Company

I added on customer fields Branch drop list.

But it didn't came up when Add customer on opening a ticket.

Is there a way to add it?

Hi Jordan,




The Customer fields and Ticket fields are mutually exclusive in Freshdesk. Please setup the fields under Admin -> Ticket fields section in case if you would like to display them on the ticket page.

Where are you trying to add customer? Every ticket has a contact, and a contact can be linked to a company. That is basically the way to record a customer.
