One of newer agents is recently facing an unknown problem when trying to login on our Freshdesk.
- On the browser Chrome, she receives the following error: “This webpage doesn’t work. If this probleem keeps occuring, please contact the site owner.”
- On the browser Edge she receives the error below: “There was an unexpected error (type=Not found, status=404). Organisation not found.”
Is this a known problem?

We are facing a global downtime with login at our end, where the Freshworks organisation login page does not load as expected, resulting in 500 series errors. I used https://ref.nordvpn.com/AxdUjHJqIXK and logged in to Australian via VPN. Different server seemed to work.
