All Ticket Feature

Now why do I have to enter a time period to view all the all tickets?  Before, all you had to do was click backwards or forward and now?

Now the select time period date range has to be edited.  


Can you folks stop changing things about Freshdesk that actually work?

Hello Denise,

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. We had to switch the default loading view to last 30 days as we were quite concerned about the page performance and we thought this would be a simple and efficient way to make the page load a bit quick.
