Allow tab indentations in support tickets

When copying code into a support ticket generated on a support portal, freshdesk sems to accept spaces but ignore tab indentations. For example

The tab key does not seem to do anything either when used in the ticket window.

Is it possible to support tab key indentiaton in Freshdesk?
