Attach File to Ticket

I'm attempting to upload an attachment via the native mobile freshdesk app on my Samsung Tab 4.  I've tried photos and various files times and all state "Something went wrong".  I've never been able to do it from the mobile app but have a use case now that we do need to be able to upload attachments from the mobile devices.
