Automatically tag incoming tickets or notes

Is there a way for Freshdesk to automatically tag a ticket if that tag is found in the content of the ticket?

Hi,




It is possible to tag tickets based on the keywords available in the email content. You can setup a Disaptchr rule with the condition "Subject or Description" contains <keyword> and then set the action as "Add tag" .
