Hello

 

We use Google Login to access freshdesk.

I can't find API key in my profile settings.

What settings should I turn on to active the API key function?

Here's how you can get your API key:

  • Log in to your Freshdesk account
  • Click on your profile picture on the top right and select 'Profile Settings'
  • In the sidebar on the right, you will find the API Key

Note:
- The API key will be displayed only when the agent is verified
- ​​​​​If your account is on the Sprout plan, the API key and the API functionality will NOT be available.
