Can we have the ability for the User/Requestor to view the tasks which we as Agents assign

In freshservice we've noticed that the User/Requestor can't see the tasks which we as Agents assign to that ticket.

A ticket could have lets say 10 or more tasks for that one request and from a communication stand point it would be really beneficial to allow the User/Requestor access to see them.
