If I create a topic, is there a way to add the content of that topic to a canned response?

Hello @sbangerter!Unfortunately, there isn’t a feature/functionality to convert a topic content into a canned response. A canned response is a predefined set of reply templates that an agent can send out with a single click. In contrast, a forum topic is a medium to discuss your product/services amongst your community audience or customers. Our product team didn’t find a need to have a feature to convert a topic into a canned response, for now, we only have an option to convert a topic into tickets with Freshdesk.If you ever feel the need to have a feature to convert topics into canned responses, you can write to email@example.com elaborating the use case and the business scenario for this feature, so we could push this to our product team as a feature request considering your feedback.Best!Aldrin,Freshdesk Community Team
