Cannot re-authorise Facebook account

When I click on the the Re-authorise button in Freshdesk, it takes me to Facebook where I get a "Platform Access Disabled: Access temporarily disabled due to changes to the Facebook Platform"

Facebook has recently disabled re-authorisations for all messaging apps and we're waiting on them to allow the platform access. You can read more about this here.
