We need to change the email address for the main admin agent. I have tried several times to save it and then saves and reloads with the old email address showing again. Help please ?

Apologies for the delay in getting back.
With regards to your issue, please navigate to contacts and search if the new email address that you are trying to add already exists as a contact. If the email address already exists as a contact, please edit the contact and change its association to a dummy email, and save the contact. For example, if the contact's email is saira@freshworks.com, change it to saira111@freshworks.com. Once this is done, please go to Admin --> Agents>edit agent, and now add the new email address and save, This should work!
