Change my UR

I would like to change my current support URL from http://zavango.freshdesk.com to http://lumaone.freshdesk.com.  We have rebranded our company so it would be great if this can be updated as well. 


We are quite happy with the functionality Freshdesk offers so I look forward to continuing to use this solution to keep our growing customer base happy and successful.

Hello Teira,


We can help you with the change in URL but we'd like to highlight a couple of things before making the change.

  • The old URL would not be accessible once the change is made at our end - so you might have to inform your customers about this as well. 
  • Please make the necessary changes in the forwarded to address under Admin -> Support channels -> Email and also ensure that this reflects in the forwarding set up in your mailbox.
