I am currently on the Sprout plan (free plan started in 2015) with three agents limit. Freshdesk advertises 10 agents for its Free plan. How can I make use of the 10 agents in the Free plan?

The old sprout plan comes with 3 free agent limit only, post which it will cost you to add more. With the new signups for Free plan, you can add up to 10 agents. Here is an article that details the pricing.
Thanks, Barun. So, are you sure that there is no way to switch from the legacy Sprout plan to the new Free plan?
