When we’re trying to open CRM portal v2011 with chrome or edge but aren’t seeing anything, we are seeing just an empty page. But we try to open with IE, portal is working, main page is opening.
Also an extra information we installed update roll 6 last.
What can we do for open to browser other than IE?

Could you try opening the CRM in the incognito window of the Chrome browser and check if the page is opening up? If yes, kindly follow the below steps to clear your browser cache and hard reload to see if the page loads in the regular browser,
If the issue still persists, it would be helpful if you can share a short video grab of the issue for further troubleshooting from our end.
