Customer cant view portal without being logged in

 Hi there,

Is there a way my customers can view the portal with their current when not logged in?

Yes, you can set the visibility of the articles/forums so that it can be viewed by non-logged in users. Even if you actually restrict the tickets/solutions/forums access to only logged in users, they can still see the home page of the portal.
