Customer language recognition fail: requestor notification and customer survey in wrong language

Hello Freshdesk Team,


we can't turn on the requestor notification and customer survey in multi languages, because it will always send the English notification instead of those for other languages.
 

 

The problem appears to be that the language recognition for new contacts always as english, while our customers are in german. 


I would appreciate it if you could look into this.
