I have a old account in freshdesk with a many tickets.
I can import this ticket in another accout?

Hi Thomaz, you can import your data from an old Freshdesk account to a new one using Help Desk Migration service. With our automated data migration tool, you can automatically import all of your data including Tickets, Users, Comments, Contacts, Groups, Notes, Attachments etc.

We perform migrations of tickets and solution articles from once instance to another or by importing data from .csv files. Please write to support@freshdesk.com for any migration related requests.
