Is it possible to create multiple ticket forms?
I need to have external links available for certain forms, or to certain configurations of the form. For example, In the screenshot below, I need a link to the form that has Course Fix Request already selected.

Sorry about the delay in getting back to you.
With respect to having multiple ticket forms, I'm afraid we would not be able to configure multiple forms in a single portal but we can set up different ticket fields while using multiple portals by customising the portal page under admin>portal>customise portal.
You could also make use of dependent fields which would allow you to populate different fields with respect to the type or value chosen. Check this article for more details.
