E-mails sent from Freshdesk are marked as SPAM in hotmail

Hi There,

We use Freshdesk for our customer service. We have multiple g-suite (google) mail adresses which we use in Freshdesk. They are verified and we use our own gmail server. Also DKIM is configured and verified.

When we sent an e-mail from freshdesk to a hotmail acccount it is marked as spamm. When we sent directly from gmail they are delivered fine.

What can we do to solve this?

@wibolageveen @shaun_21044 When the outbound emails and the replies sent to the customers land in the SPAM, we suggest our users to have the DKIM setup or use custom mail servers for their emails.

I would suggest you check this at the recipient's side if there are any email filtering policies at their end and check the reason for marking the email as SPAM.

If there seems to be any discrepancy with the same, feel free to reach out to support@freshdesk.com, so we will be able to test this and help you understand the issue.

Best,

Aldrin,

Was there any resolution to this - I've got exactly the same problem
