Can we use Freshdesk to enable buyer - seller communication?

What I am looking to understand is how I can leverage FreshDesk for buyer-seller communication on my ecomm platform. Also ideally I would like buyer & seller email ids to be opaque to each other (or in other words buyer should never know the seller email id and vice-versa).
