Is there any problem with outgoing email notifications (for example with new ticket created)?

Since few days my customers dont get any notifactions excluding new user created...

Same thing for us. Only some notifications are not sent. It's frustrating because otherwise, there's no sign that our helpdesk is not running as it should. We're not receiving only a few comments.
