Is there any problem with email notifications?


Since few days my customers dont get any notifactions. Notifications to agent also don't work.

@lenetnet Sorry for getting back to you on this pretty late. I hope the issues should have been fixed at your end, by now.

The issue could mostly be because the outgoing emails from Freshdesk might be blocked by our systems in certain cases.  Our email service will have certain spam rules for outgoing emails as well. When such a spam rule is triggered, will in turn block the outgoing emails. 

Reach out to support@freshdesk.com in such cases and our support champs should be able to troubleshoot this for you.
