Is there any possibility, for a team using Freshdesk, to purchase the “Entreprise” formula for only one agent and keep the others agents of the team on the freemium version ?

I understand that you would like to setup a different plan for only one Agent in Freshdesk, However, I am afraid that this it is not possible since Freshdesk plans are account based and not Agent based, so the plan which you sign up for will be applicable for the whole of your helpdesk and not just restricted to Agents.
