Forwarded items show in Public view

If you forward a note/comment any text you enter is included in a publicly viewable note. I believe forwards should be (by default) private notes.  There are several areas within FreshDesk where privacy could be improved.

First,our sincere apologies for missing out this topic over the years. We haven't seen such occurrences wherein a forwarded content is actually publicly available for the user on the portal. Should you notice this behaviour, please flag it up to us and we'll look into the issue straightaway.
