Is anyone else having slowness and the below message.
Freshdesk is unusable for me too at the moment.. seems like an outage. When I finally get it in, it has lost all my settings and views.

I suggest that for any service outages or disruption, you may check https://updates.freshdesk.com/ to check whether problem is internal or within freshworks.
I did that, also raised a ticket which hasn’t been responded to. But Downdetector showed a huge spike in reports of it being down at that time… so either they didn’t update their services page or there was something going on and they didn’t realise.
